COMPANY

The company ALTERACIONES Danza-Teatro was founded in late 2007 in Mexico City where Antonio Quiles lived since 2005 till 2011. The year after he returns back to Spain where he lives now and works.

ALTERACIONES Danza-Teatro aims to use and brings together different languages and disciplines in a natural and organic way. The creative Company interests are varied and eclectic. The Company´s work is focused on searching and investigating of contemporary dramaturgy, the connection with the audience and the study of a personal and honest stage presence. The topics relate to the performing art itself, the experiences and personal backgrounds of the group’s components of each piece.

Inclusive Dance. We believe in the capacity of art to produce personal and social transformations. The company is committed to inclusive, educational and community-based artistic practices that promote the construction of fairer, more democratic and beautiful societies.

The works were shown and/or workshops taught at festivals and main stages in many countries as Spain, Holland, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, Ireland, Italy, Greece, Portugal, Cuba, Colombia, Argentina, EEUU, Russia, South Korea and Mexico.
